HR National is a FRAUD!!!

HR National complaint by Techcritic
SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? IT USUALLY IS.

*********HRNATIONAL.COM IS A FRAUD*******

Do not get duped! This company is simply out to make a quick buck from you! The customer service is atrocious!

HR National posts ads for foreclosures. If you call their sales number listed on Craigslist 1.800.637.3199 you will get a very polite and seemingly professional representative who will let you know that for just $1.95 you will have 7 days to review the system risk free. Just cancel at any time before the 7 days are over. Sounds like a great deal!

What they don’t tell you is that they make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to cancel so you are guaranteed to get stuck paying $49.95 for the first month! They will ONLY let you cancel by calling a certain number for customer service 800.668.8195. You cannot email. You cannot call the sales line that you originally called to contact them (After all someone will always be available on that line to take your calls and your credit card info!)

You will not get through during normal business hours…which by the way are fraudulently listed. They say their hours are from 7am – 7pm PST, but it’s really more like 8am to 4pm. And when you finally get someone after hours of waiting on hold, it’ll be some snotty girl named Shalley (or her side-kick Shelly) who will tell you in a bratty rude unprofessional manner (she sounds like she’s 16 years old) that those aren’t the “customer service” hours. Those are the “business” hours and take no responsibility in the obvious misrepresentation. Then she will tell you that you’re crazy for saying that you weren’t able to get through on the phone because “it’s NEVER busy, EVER”. Even though you’ve been on hold for 45min. Bottom line is they make it impossible for you to cancel and snotty little Shalley will tell you “the company never gives refunds, period.”

DON’T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY AND PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO YOUR FRIENDS!

There are good foreclosure sites out there that provide a valuable service. This is not one of them! Stay far far away!

BE ALERT!! HR National is advertising two preclosure houses in Craigslist. If you call the phone #800-810-5269 as they advertised, you can only get an answering machine, and you cannot leave message. This is misleading ad. Craigslist ID:773033584.
